6th thru 8th grade students only may participate in the sports programs at Eliot
A STUDENT-ATHLETE MUST BE REGISTERED THROUGH THE FAMILYID ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM AND HAVE A VERIFIED PHYSICAL FORM SUBMITTED TO THE HEALTH OFFICE BEFORE THEY MAY PARTICIPATE IN ATHLETICS.
FamilyID is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our athletic programs. When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information including emergency contacts, permission forms, and acknowledgment of Connecticut's health and safety protocols in your FamilyID profile.
If you already have a FamilyID account because you previously played a sport or registered your Chromebook, you can use your existing account.

In order to participate in athletics, the CIAC requires all student-athletes to have had a physical within the last 13 months. To complete your registration, submit a copy of a physical form to the School Nurse. If you played a sport in a previous season, please verify your physical records are up to date. Students will not be allowed to participate in practice until registration is complete and their physical records have been verified. Please visit the individual sport page for starting dates and try-out information.
